Rolls Royce variant

Recommended Posts

Hi,I just can't seem to find the answer for this one...I believe I have the latest version of the 747-400 for FS9, and I understand that the Roll Royce variant was to be accurately simulated in the cockpit/FMC. I'm not sure how to do this, though. My exterior model is the RR variant - do I have to change something within the FMC, or elsewhere? If it's the RR model my derate would be in EPR, no?Thanks in advance...- daniel

Yes, it is an additional purchase that adds the 400F variant. In addition it applies numerous enhancements to the 400 including the ones you are looking for (RR instrumentation differences).I would absolutely recommend this addition- you will love all the extras it brings to the 400 platform. In addition the FS9 unifier update is also something I have purchased and enjoy......and would recommend as well. It is contained within the FSX model- 400X even if you don't use the FSX variant right now- the additions to the FS9 variant are worthwhile IHMO.Best-Carl F.
