FSX Active Camera substitute......help!

Hi all:With SB4, the Aerosoft MCP drivers, the Engravity drivers, 400X 1.2 and XP SP3 all scheduled for release in the very near future, I want to be prepared for FSX.Is there a payware or freeware program that allows for VC camera presets (that can then be mapped to various joystick buttons and the coolie hat) in the same way that Active Camera and FSUIPC allows for in FS9?Or, is there a way to do that already in FSX, and would someone, anyone, be willing to assist a complete ijut?I cannot fly 2D anymore, and TrackIR made me nauseated- so the defined camera views, mapped to the joystick is the way for me in FS9- and one of the big reasons I haven't dabbled with FSX more. Thanks! I was aware of that release, but they don't have a trial and they seem to concentrate on external views. Can anyone advise definitively?Best-Carl F. you can create your own views by editing the aircraft CFG as many as you like but the only draw back is that they are only availabe by cycling through them in the usaul way with the A and S keys.it works pretty well though for me, i have replicated all of my old active cam preset views in this waykav

Carlwell it was a while back that i was messing around with the cfg it was def trial and error and took a very long time to come up with the new views here is my CFG it includes new custom external and internal views, if u dont like them all simply delete the whole entry for that particular view. You will notice that some of the vc views appear to be the same cosecutivley but they have differences in the fact that with one i have altered the line that makes them return to their origional position by flicking the hat switch on the joystick the entry is called SnapPbhAdjust = Swivel SnapPbhReturn = TRUE . this is very usefull when u are say landing or taking off and need to get the forward view back quickly and dont have time to mess around getting the guages in aswell. I learnt all this from the camera setting help page of the SDK lots of usefull info therethe sdk info can be found via you start prog menuhere is the camera section[fltsim.5]title=PMDG747-400
