PMDG 747 Problems flaps

Hi thereWhen I press F7 or F8 to set the flaps, on the wings only the things where the flaps are attached move but the flaps themselves don't move. how come? I installed the update from May08, but it doesn't help. Thanks for any help.Daniel

Where is this advanced animations hidden, at the fsx or in the PMDG part? can't find it...regards Daniel
