After reloading my 747X I cannot access the Load Manager. It is causing an error shutting it down.Help appreciated?

I'm not sure how much help I can offer, you didn't mention either what kind of error you got nor if your reinstall was clean. If you reinstall you should first make sure you've gotten a clean uninstall to remove all files and registry entries.
