747X Activation

Hi Guys, I'm new to forum. A couple of hours ago I purchesed 747 400X. I am unable to get past E-mail, Order ID and Password. I have turned off firewall and antivirus, without luck. Maybe someone can help as I'm keen to get started. Any help would be appreciated.My OS is Vista 32 bit.David

What happens after you enter the email, order# and your password? Antivirus may not be a problem, but making sure the firewall lets the application have access to the WAN is important.I recommend contacting pmdg support. Be sure you get an automated response when you send to them to make sure the communications is working both ways.I don't know if this will help, but you need to have administrator rights to allow changes to files... I don't have Vista but have seen this issue before in the forum.
