No B744X BA livery visible

Recommended Posts

On running the PMDG744X_RR_BA executable from the PMDG site under Vista, I get no livery except the default PMDG one. What have I failed to do?Cheers, Richard

Hi Richard,On the Free Flight screen, when you select "Change Aircraft", do you have "Show all variations" checked? It's above the OK and Cancelbutton.Regards,Jim Karn

Jim,When I choose the BA744 with RR engines with 'show all variations' checked, I get a PMDG livery, but with BA dark blue belly and nacelles. I am using Vista Home + FSX.Any ideas?Richard

It could be a Vista permissions issue, an antivirus app running during installation, disk utilities such as Defender, not running the installer with administrative privledges or just a corrupt download.Which one or even none of the above would be just a guess. Hopefully someone has seen the issue in Vista and will step forward.Regards,Jim Karn
