I have looked but did not get anywhere ,is there a way that you can have the FMC permamently located at the bottom right side instead off the upper left on the 737 series.Bob

Hi Bob, you can always drag it to the new position and then assign a key for it in the PMDG options facility?

If you know how to use a text editor like notepad to edit the panel.cfg file, always make a back up first. Then open the panel.cfg file for the 727-700 and look for the section labeledWindow06 // PMDG_CDU_PANELlook for the following line...window_pos= 0.000 0.000and comment it out by putting a semi-colon in in front if it like this...;window_pos= 0.000 0.000That's it.Keep in mind that I'm pretty sure that this will not be supported by PMDG.

Here is another strategy if you have a wide monitor.Drag the panel right edge to shrink it back to normal proportions. This leaves a piece of unused desktop which not only fits the FMC nicely- but in the 747, allows the lower EICAS Switch Panel popup to be placed on the MCP, just where it belongs. When you're happy, save the flight & reselect it for subsequent flying sessions.Alex ReidExper. Wide monitor simulated on a 4:3 mon. Black rectangles are inactive mons 2&3. Pic also shows triple views on a single screen- a possibility for a large 30-40" HD screen. http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/192975.jpg
