Problems installing PMDG 747X

Hey guys,Yesterday I bought the PMDG 747-400X. I installed the software and right away FSX stalls. Only the introduction screen of Microsoft FSX is shown. I have installed VS 2008 SP1 and still it doens't work. I also installed SP1 and SP2 for FSX. When I remove PMDG 747X, FSX works and nothing is wrong. I hope that someone can help me with this!
