MD11: Auto-Trim/deactivation?

Do you know if the MD11 has a Auto-Trim function (after entering stabilizer values for TO)? If so where can I de-activate this feature for training purposes only...?Thanks very much!

On the overhead panel, switch off all four LSAS switches. You can also switch off the AFCS override switches on the glareshield (I think) to turn off automatic roll control wheel steering (auto bank angle hold).
