747X ILS issue

I have a minor issue with the ILS on the 744X and the 744FX.I can tune ILS frequencies via the FMC but I cant seem to identify them. I looked at the EADI and I did have a ILS frequency tuned becauce i had the LOC and G/S deviation scale indications and when i went to the EFIS to change the EHSI to display ILS raw data, I had the DME and everything seemed to be working fine. However when trying to identify the frequency, I have no morse code signal to match it to the chart.On a side note I can identify VOR and NDB frequencies.Should I reinstall?
