MD11 paintkit error

Hi!Im having some problems with the paintkit that has been released for the MD11. I am using Paint Shop Pro 7.04 and I'm getting an error message saying "an undefined error has occured - 565" when i try to load PMDGMD-11F_xxx_xxx.psd filesDoes anyone have any suggestion why I'm getting these messages?Never had these types of errors before, but I have to say that this is the first time i am trying to paint an FSX aircraft.I have painted several other aircrafts for FS9 though.thanksReidENZV

I'm having the same issue using Photoshop 6, although my error says I don't have enough RAM, i have 2gb, and the files are not that big...Gary

I downloaded the paint kit and I had no problems opening any of the PSD files. What OS are you running, XP Pro or Vista?Can you send one of the problem files to me at;psterling@precisionmanuals.comand I can take a look at that?Thanks.

Its the version , i have paintshop pro 7 and 9 and they only open with 9

Hi!I'm running both XP Pro and Home edition.When I'm using my laptop for paintjobs its XP Pro, and on the main stationary PC it's XP Home edition.Thanks for looking in to this!regardsReidENZV
