New stick to fly PMDG birds

Good morning.Excuse me if this is not strictly a question referred to PMDG, but my old stick that has given me so good PMDG 737 and 747 moments is asking for a replacement.I've seen that Saitek and Thrustmaster have recently launched two new products. Any of you got info about them?. Could I get some help in the choice?. Nice, but totally out of my budget...there is a global economic crisis out there, and we are a big family. My wife would not let me into the house again...;)

*shrug*Gets harder to hide my own purchases for my hobby from the wifey but I just say "look babe, at least my hobby keeps me at home where you can keep an eye on me"...:D
