Proper Time For Anti Ice

hello guys:At what TAT we supposed to turn on the engine and wing anti ice. and do we turn them on when we get to that tempture, or befor departureThanks.

I think it is done primarily when flying through clouds - or any other form of visible moisture.Michael J.
