Which way to adjust fuel flow scalar? up or down?

I'm using Pedro's 757 PIC air file and the aircraft isn't burning enough fuel. On a flight from DEN-LAS, the flight was released planning for 6.000 as reserve, and 4.000 extra with delays, as well as .500 for taxi. I forget off the top of my head what the enroute burn was. So, with 6.000 as reserve, and 4.000 extra, I should of arrived with around 10.000 in the tanks. I landed with almost 16.000. The flight was released based on real world conditions, and I used FS Meteo.I was wondering now, in order to make the plane burn more fuel, would I adjust the fuel flow scalar up or down? I've heard that sometimes it's up, and sometimes it's down to adjust fuel burn It's presently set at .675. In a previous flight it had also left near 6.000 extra fuel. Scalar up more fuel burn and scalar down less fuel burn. The trick is that it's just a scalar and it won't cover the whole flight regime. The best bet is to focus on your initial weight, temperate, altitude and airpeed and match the fuel burn at that point. Most of your flight is in this phase anyway. That should get you close to your total fuel consumption. Maybe you can post the real world flight you have for comparison. Take care, Pedro
