Is PIC767 easy to master?

Recommended Posts

Guest Ali

Hi, a querie. If I have already mastered Dreamfleet 737 and it's FMC, not completely mastered but you know what I mean, the flight planning and everything from takeoff speeds to SIDs etc. Then shouldn't I have a problem taking on the PIC767 with no problem whatsoever when I get it or do I need to completely learn from scratch? Many thanks my friends.Ali.

If you are comfortable with the DF FMC, then the 767 should not be too much trouble. Some of the logic is a little different, but on the whole, if you have a grasp on programming FMC's in general, it should not be a problem.Regards,Steve Dra

yes, I couldn't agree more, I think PICs panel is much better on FPS. BUT, DF's 737 panel is just outstanding. I have trouble flying it. and I've been flying for 8 years about. so if worse comes to worse. you can always just do a 'guess and check' situation( put in some numbers/ if they work good, if not oh well) or read the manual :-wavehttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3d51a5440e3ce469.jpg"come fly our friendly skies" (by friendly, we MEAN FRIENDLY ;)

If you read over the manuals carefully, then you shouldn't have too much trouble getting comfortable with the PIC767.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-coolVATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Controller 1 (C-1)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com]Taxiwaysigns.com Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 10480
