February 11, 200323 yr Dear forum,I have just purchased the 767 PIC from my source PC Aviator in Australia. I look forward to playing it as much as buying it. At least now I can model the aircraft in my region (Australasia) as it is very difficult to find decent aircraft that are from the Australia/New Zealand region which are the correct model type (e.g. DF737 which is 737-400 rather than ANZ 737-300).I have one question though? There has been much problem about merging the awesome and realistic PIC panel with the POSKY (well not really a problem). Apparently the N1 carrots on the CF6 model do not match the actual set thrust and the flap gauge does not work. I would like very much to know about these problems. Also another question about Ian Riddell. Is he the same Ian Riddell who is the engineer for Qantas and the legend on the 747-400 PS1?ThanksZainal Khan(Americas Cup 2003 starts February 15 here in Auckland at the Hauraki Gulf)
February 11, 200323 yr I can answer two of your questions, The flaps are working correctly as far as I can tell, you see movement on the indicator in cockpit although the flaps should not move down a notch in flaps 1 as seen from spot view which the Posky does. I don't think this effects anything though. Our Ian is the same "Legend" as you thought.Best Wishes,Randy J.
