Question re mesh files and question for Bill Melichar

Recommended Posts

Guest Lindy

I have several airport sceneries already installed for Hawaii, using MS default mesh terrain. If I decide to get the 3rd party mesh terrain files in the Library, is there any particular technique to installing if I already have other 3rd party installed first? Bill M: Since most of my Hawaii sceneries are your airports, can you tell me if they are compatible or not with the mesh files in the Library? I don't recall your ReadMe files saying anything about their compatibility or lack thereof with 3rd party mesh. Thanks in advance.-Lindy :-wave

Hi, "3rd party mesh terrain files in the Library is there any particular technique to installing if I already have other 3rd party installed first?"You can have two way to install:Copy paste the Mesh *.bgl in your fs2002/sceneryORCopy paste the Mesh *.bgl in your fs2002/Addons/SceneryIt will detect at the startup and install the mesh alone, it will not damage any scenery or others mesh installed.Mesh Links:http://ftp.avsim.com/library/search.php?Se...s2002&Go=Searchhttp://ftp.avsim.com/library/search.php?Se...s2002&Go=Searchhttp://www.simviation.com/terrain.htmhttp://www.satpac.pcsa.net.au/terrain/mesh.htm#Downloadshttp://members.tripod.co.jp/fsclubnet/files/files.htmlThanksChris Willis[link:fsw.simflight.com/FSWMenuFsSim.html]Clouds And Addons For MsFshttp://fsw.simflight.com/fsw.jpg
