Yes, it is sad that the scenery generator component for PIC Aircraft Simulator was modified without review by the PIC team. I suspect that that the PIC group will be on the phone to this minor third party development team called microsoft.What were these FS2k4 folks thinking??long live PIC!

Why can't you have both? 2k2 to fly PIC and 2k4 to gly other stuff.Unless of course, the only you fly IS PIC ;)I just flew 2 hours on the DC3 in 2k4. The atmosphere is very nice. I would love the fly the lovely 767 across that colorful sky (instead of the bland, toxic cyan blue sky ;) )For now I'll have to leave 2k2 in though.

Yeah...The disappointment is crushing. PIC is the only aircraft I fly anymore, and everyone who uses PIC knows why.To have PICv2 would be absolutely magnificient... I would seriously pay like 200 bucks for a PIC revamp, no questions asked.We'll see what happens. Until then, COF my ####..Tero

It was an easy decision for me ,FS2004 does not support multi monitors in non windowed mode. A definite show stopper for me.I will install it on my single monitor computer, but leave fs2002 on my 3 monitor computer. This is what MS calls advanced multi monitor support?, how did they miss the boat on this one. So for me Pic will live another 2 years until MS fix the multi monitor issue.

Well, I have to admit, I'm in no rush to get FS2004. I'd love to see the new clouds and ATC environment, but all my addon's won't work (for now anyways).It also sounds like many people are having issues with FS2004.So, for now, 767PIC is still in the air with FS2002 and I'll monitor the progress of FS2004.PS: where did the thread go titled "good news for PIC767 in FS2004"???????

I also read in another forum that the pic works with the youngest sim - with the PFD, ND and the engine displays being dark. In this picture, I think the gauges where programmed (in the cfg) to a seperate window which has to be undocked. It seems that this works.This seems to me, that the patch should be no big work. But I havn't seen a serious post right now. Someone who tested all systems!!So let's wait what the PIC-team will announce (I hope soon)!!!!Regards, Roger
