The new FDS 767 at Charityflight!

Featured Replies

Just posting to let you know that I have had the opportunity to fly the LDS 767 at Charityflight in Toronto. It is simply amazing. The new textures are fantastic and the panels are crisp. The outside of the aircraft is ver well done and it is my opinion that in many of the views it could have very well passed for real world shots! and there are many added features that make it as close to the real aircraft as possible. I think that the next best thing would be a Level D full motion simulator! My advice is that as soon as it is released buy it! Also, I have no idea when it will be released.

Richard,thanks for the report.

Hi,Thanks for the report, you are a very lucky person,Regards,Francois

Rich,One quick question for you. How was the ND/PFD in VC in regards to frame rates? Nice and fluid like in 2D view?

Eric

It is very smooth. I saw no real difference in the frame rates.

I did the same thing this afternoon at Charity Flight. Simply Awesome. Mark.

Eric, the FPS in the VC are less then the Main.BMP MS has a problem in their VC code that causes the gauge refresh rate to be slow. All VC are the same in this matter. And although the sound of the "ACID"767 is nice, it is LDS not LSD. LOL
