Count me in. UPS flies the 767. I'll fly one in house colors to Louisville (KSDF) so our VA painter can paint it in UPS new colors and cargo conversion.

After seeing Lamont's name and reading posts from some of these other familiar names - it made me realize just how long it has been since we last did a major event as a "community".I have so many great memories of the old PIC and flying with many of you on this forum.. Perhaps we should also "retire" our old 767's by flying them down to Victorville or something like that. Then we could all take a "shuttle" up to Seattle to pick up the new ones.Just an idea...Looking forward to flying with you all again in the not to distant future.

Hi all,Just an update on how we're looking here.We already have 19 starters, excellent response guys!I had originally said that the departure sequence would be random but I now see have a gentleman's race to CYYZ on the cards and 4 captains heading for EGLL, do you guys want to be slotted in together for your departures to keep things tight or are you happy to just go whenever?For that matter, I'm happy for people to request a sequential departure with a buddy, I'll do my best to put everyone in as close a sequence as they desire. 'First in, first serve' though OK?I'll continue to take on new pilot registrations up til 48 hours before the big moment. Your gate assignment and an AFCAD file will be arranged around that time.LVLD Developers, are any of you guys in for this or are you sick of the plane already? :-lolFinally, I'm aware that the PIC flying club is not yet up and running again but I'd be happy for this to be viewed as the inaugural event for the 'new'-club. I'd love to do it....but a few things....1. I have never flown on vatsim (but I have a PPL, so I have talked to ATC kinda).2. My college internet sucks, so I won't be able to do it I don't think.3. Smallest problem, no one knows the release date......Unless it comes out from the 3rd-12th.....I'll be at home with fast internet :(This is a great Idea guys!p.s...can someone PM me with details of how to use vatsim, and what you need?
