InfoMETAR 1.01 will generate randomized weather (over either a specific region or the entire globe) and save it as a combined METAR file. Then all you'd need is a utility to import METAR weather into MSFS. (If memory serves, there is a utility called RealWeather that will do just that ... hopefully someone will correct me if I've got the name wrong.)InfoMETAR 1.01 is found in the Fly 1.0 utilities section here at AvSim. No, it doesn't require Fly! to be installed ... it runs standalone and is not sim-specific for tasks like this. (Just switch off all the "METAR Modification" options when you save files, as those are mostly intended specifically for Fly!'s benefit.) You are entirely correct, David! Real Weather 5.21. However, the only generated weather I want to make is the Standard Day for flight testing aerodynamics and fs200X weather does this nicely by clearing all weather.Lastly, I recommend using David's InfoMETAR program with RW521 and other weather programs using the standard textual downloads because of its great interface with the NOAA weather site, and its ability to integrate several cycles to fill in holes amongst the other capabilities David implemented into InfoMETAR.
