Messed up my KLAX and KSAN areas!!

Recommended Posts

Guest Eagle92395

I downloaded the California Terrain Mesh (whole state) and it seems to have messed my California scenery up terribly. It looks like FS95 textures, and the airport is all black!!!!!!!! I've tried going through and re-installing other meshes over it, but I can't override that blackness???

My guess..You have Landclass BGL's, and you don't own Landclass?Check to see if you have any "LC_" BGL's. If you do thats probably the reason, it's happened to be before on installed sceneries.

Yeah, I have a few of those LC_xxx BGL's... should I just delete those? Thanks...

One possibility - they cannot exist in a Scenery folder that has a corresponding TEXTURE folder (except the main FS2002 Scenery folder). If you have an empty Texture folder next to that Scenery folder, delete it. If it's not empty, move those LC files somewhere else.Hope this helps,-- Tom GibsonCalifornia Classic Propliners: http://www.calclassic.com/Cal Classic Alco Page: http://www.calclassic.com/alco/Freeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.com/ San Diego Model RR Museum: http://www.sdmodelrailroadm.com/Drop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
