Audio Problems

Hey guys, I've got a serious problem. Whenever anyone is talking to me their audio cuts in and out and I can't understand what they're saying. I don't know what the problem is, anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I've done a little testing and I think it might be my internet connection. I've got a wireless connection and most of the time it isn't very good. Could a bad connection cause this problem?

Voice is carried over UDP which is classified as an "unreliable" protocol. What I mean by that is that unlike TCP there is no acknowledgment of received packets so if a packet is lost somewhere in the transmission there is no mechanism for a retransmission of the missing packets. If a packet is lost it's just gone.Mike
