For Immediate Release- March 11, 2002 Contact: ATL-Events@carolina.rr.comAtlanta to host American Flight Airways VATSIM Sundays event April 14, 2002Sunday, April 14, 2002 from 1800-2200 EST (2300-0300 ZULU) American Flight Airways (AFA) will host a fly in/out of the Atlanta airspace. AFA is a partner VA with Atlanta ARTCC and this will be their first event with Atlanta. Atlanta Hartsfield (KATL), Birmingham (KBHM), and Charlotte (KCLT) will be staffed for this event. The big event happens this Sunday, the correct time is 1800-2200 EDT. All pilots are welcome to attend, we will have full ATC coverage available for Atlanta (KATL), Charlotte (KCLT), and maybe even Birmingham (KBHM).
