Well since the posting of this post :1. Israel Controllers have already started providing regular service for LLLL_CTR and LLBG_APP2. Two of them are already using (beta testing) ASRC3. a website is being built up soon to be published4. VATSIM Europe has taken the responsibility to help Israel vACC built up and do all the necessary upgrades to controllers following necessary checkrides.5. The Hellenic vACC Training Department in Greece, who along with Turkey are Israel's closest, have already established procedure for regular flights and help in controller checkrides.6. Real ATC are are to get their INS rating following the necessary checks about to be completed. As soon as Africa & Middle East Region sets out some pending admin. procedures they will all transfer back there from EUR to continue their own procedures independently from EUR.At present VATSIM Europe handles practical issues for support to Israel and VATSIM VP Regions, who replaces absent Afr.&M.E. Regional Director, does the rest of necessary admin. procedures to setup the Region, Divisions and vACCs in Middle East area.Kyprianos Biris :-cool[link:avsim.com/greece/hvacc]Hellenic vACChttp://vatsim-eur.org/images/VATSIM-EURs.gif
