Message From Harv Stein, President VATSIM Board of Governors==============================I would like to formally announce the election of Rob Phillips as the new VATGOV9 Vice-President of Special Operations and Chris Doyle as the new VATGOV7 Vice-President of Communications on the VATSIM Board of Governors. Rob is from the United States and Chris is from the United Kingdom and we all look forward to working with our new Governors. Congratulations to both Rob and Chris.
