Recommended Posts

Guest Eagle92395

Anyone know where to find aircraft repaints with things like Cartoons (Betty Boop, Wile E. Coyote...), Political Figures (a really bad dude, FDR...), and girls (self explanatory??) that were found on WW2 fighter planes and bombers as noseart?? Thanks!

Oops! My mistake, I meant that are repaints for Flight Simulator and Combat Flight Simulator! Thanks though...

LOL! This subject just reminded me of a friend who was over one day and, while browsing out library, saw some of my brother's books, of which a few are on "Nose Art."She was disgusted and couldn't imagine why anybody would want to paint artwork on their nose (we're not talking about the airplane nose here.)Needless to say her exposure to the world of aviation has been somewhat limited to International airports only.Cheers!Heather

Don't know whether it's just my browser or not; but Heather's reply came without her usual signature. A little ironic considering the subject...waitaminnit...no, it's there all right. Like your work, Heather.Rick
