Pilot Resource Login Help

I just registered with Vatsim today. I've received my user id and password. I was trying to login to the Pilot Resource Center, but am unable to do that. Do I need to set up all of the other software to get that to work or should I be able to do that as a "stand alone". Thought some of that information would be very helpful to me at the beginning. Thanks in advance for an answer.Steve West

To log into the PRC just use your VATSIM PID and then create a password, DO NOT use your VATSIM password.There is no need to install any software to access the PRC, I suspect the above is the reason you cannot log in, unless the site is down.HTH
