Error filing flightplan. Please help! Busy!

When I try to prefile my flightplan here it says:"An error occurred while processing your request. The server said:error filing flight plan"What should I do? I have tried to resend it several times and I have also tried rebooting my computer but doesn

It means you don't have the correct password or your account is suspended. Those are the only two things that will cause that message.
