Multiple monitors....

Recommended Posts

I got around that problem by installing shielding material between the top row and the bottom row of my (five) minitors. The main monitor connects to the AGP port is in 3d mode. The rest run fron PCI slots and don't run at the same rate. All I did was wrap a flattened old cardboard carton with a few layers of kitchen foil (aluminium) and placed it between the two rows of monitors. This reduces the shimmering by 80-90% and costs about $AUD3. I got the idea from a photo of the inside a space shuttle. Everything looked like it was wrapped in the same stuff. Hey...it worked for me.Gerry
