Yeah, you need a 9v power supply, about 400mA up to 1A. That'll get the whole lot powered up.

Negative Roberto... SorryThose are Floppy disk and IDE controller cables. They won't do.You will have to build your own, or ask someone else to build them for you. The FSBUS cables use 10 contacts. So you will have to buy PC connectors with 10 contacts (2x5) and some meters of the grey datacable. You will then cut it at the required length and using a press you will attach it to the connectors.Anyone with a digicam to show our friend here the correct cable/connector?George DorkofikisAthens, Greecehttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/betaimg.jpg

with wires my friend ;)as I can see from your pictures your FSkey card has 16 pin-connector (male) contacts on the print. Now you'll need a 16 pin female connector with a 16 wires of flatcable which you split up at one end and solder to the switches and on the other hand you got the female plug.

Saludos Roberto. This is the best idea to coonect rotary and keys to FS-KEY card with thoose ide cables. This will give you a change to arange cables neatly. So cut one end of cable and peel 3 lines for rotaries (knitter or ALPS) and 2 lines for pushbutons(For LEDs too). Then solder and insert that IDC coonector end to Key card, and open FS router, find each items by pressing Autosense. To give you an idea here is a picture:http://www.cesurkanat.com/resimler/big/ineterior.JPGHope this helps.RegardsRemzi OZTURK
