Hi, I was wondering about what is used as a pitch and roll oindicators ? The ones in a plane being operated by gravity so are they the same ones used in a homebuilt? Also for getting the cockpit to move with air rams or hydraulics is the first step getting an EPIC card ?Help!

Pitch and roll you maybe mean an "attitude indicator" ?They are not gravity piloted, no instrument on any plane is left to only phisical forces a part from the ones using air pressure (airspeed indicator, altimeter). All the attitude indicators are mechanical, gyroscope driven. There are two ways to replicate them in a homecockpit:RC servo (see simkits)Stepper (for full 360

There is one other instrument that works off the physical forces of nature. The "slip indicator" is a bent glass tube with oil, used as a dampener, and a ball. Centrifugal force causes the ball to move if the pilot doesn
