Awesome ! This building a less comon type of airlplane cockpit seems to have its advantages !A few days ago some guy contacted me via e-mail telling me he could maybe find some stuff for my cockpit to use.Now it turns out he works at Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and he works at a training center (CAE => no idea what that stands for) where the other dude I know (Fokker50 pilot at KLM Cityhopper) has had a MCC (=> again no idea what it stands for) traning from ... guess whom .. indeed the first dude ! :(Now this teacher has invited me there for a visit to the real deal sim. No hydrolic structure though .. but none the less .. sounds like loads of fun !Check the pictures Emile took when he was there for his training:http://piloot.smugmug.com/gallery/3542/1/139790Notice that they do use Espens panel there !!To make it all even better ... when I go there, I'll return home with 1 panel which contains some switches (he hasn't told me which panel yet) + an AOM ! Freeware :(Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet !Now I only got to find the time and the finances to go there .. :/

>CAE => no idea what that stands for)Council AEternum?Seems to be a brand... maybe those who made the sim?Don't know...>has had a MCC (=> again no idea what it stands for)Medical Council of Canada ?No it's the Multi Crew Cohordination, the MCC qualification attests the pilot is trained to cohoperate perfectly in a multi crew situation. The MCC teaches you to operate the cockpit with other crew members, while since the PPL you've been trained to do all alone :)Hurry up, go sell some lemonade and take a ryanair ;)

Oh. But when I look at my link above I see only amsterdam as a CEA trainingcentre (in Hoofddorp, but everybody knows Amsterdam).Perhaps they only mention their 6DOF sims on the website and as you mentioned it is a fixed base F50 sim in Hoofddorp eh... Amsterdam.Norbert
