AVSIM Roger Wilco base station

Occasionally when I try the base station (205.252.89.41), it seems to connect ok, but there's nobody in the user list, not even me. Usually when that happens, it stays connected for about 20 seconds or so, and then disconnects. At other times, it works perfectly. Any ideas what's happening?
