Somewhat of-topic, but looking at the gear lever in project 1, I noticed the solenoid. Not sure if anyone else has thought of this, but it adds to the realism if you use one so that the gear lever can't be raised when on the ground. I know this can be implemented in FSBus, and IOCards should have a smiliar feature as well...

Hi Ceawlin,i will solve this with EPIC! simply check if ACFT on ground or in air (possible via FSUIPC) and you are done..Best from ViennaHans G. Schuetz---------------------------------------http://www.project777.comh.schuetz@project777.com---------------------------------------(LOWW - Vienna)

D'oh!Didn't mention EPIC cos as far as I'm concerned, I don't know enough about it to make any comments, apart from how costly it seems :(But seriously, unless you're fluent with EPIC programming, most people wouldn't have a clue how to implement such a feature, and I gathered that a fair few people were using the cheaper interface solutions available. So, to help them, I mentioned the possibility with those two systems :)Might even be worth letting the EPIC users know how it's done, just in case...

you're welcome, and thanx for you compliments.we will do our best, to keep this level of information.regarding EPIC: at the moment all my EPIC stuff is taken apart, as i am starting from scratch with my 777 sim. i am standing by for some parts, which are on their way from USA to me.but be sure: if time comes, and i implement the code, i will open a section on our page, describing the process.Best from ViennaHans G.
