How did you make the plastic wheel?Oh, and Philippe, an "elastiek" is a rubber band ;)

The plastic knob is a wheel from IKEA furniture.Perhaps I will replace the rubber band with a spring, if I can find the right one. It is very easy to replace the rubber band and you can easily adjust the tension on it. So for now I will stay with this solution.regardsNorbert
