Should I release MU-2 on my own?

Recommended Posts

So Simubuild has dropped of the face of the earth. Fine. But after having spent months on making a model of the Mu-2,I'm not going to let it go to waste. So if anyone from Simubuild reads this, please let me know what's going on and whether you plan on continuing with the project. My apologies for using this very public way of trying to get a response, but e-mailing has proved fruitless. Being left in the dark like this has obviously left me a bit red in the face. Need to tweak my own FDX and she's all done in any case.I don't want to offend anyone, but it is my plane afterall.Bjorn Buchner

It's your plane, I say release it. Besides, I still find it hard to believe that Simubuild spent all those months making that awesome A340 just to cave a few weeks after it's release because a few idiots decided to complain.

"red in the face" Never !Go for it Bjorn !It may be an idea to release a few screenies of the MU2. The only thing I would ask is, if you get a few bad mails, post them here so we can all laugh at the pathetic people sending them.CheersGeorge

I've been waiting patiently for someone to do this. Ever since I saw an MU-2 on the ramp at Newport News/Williamsburg Intl, where I rent, and got to walk right under the left tip tank, I was in love with this exotic bird.

My ears still hurt from the last MU-2 I came across.... It is one aircraft that is lacking in FS2002 though. I'd say go for it.

BjornA close friend and ex commercial pilot (Ernst Stugmuller) otherwise known as Mr Mu2 as well as being an expert on the plane flew them for years.Give me a shout if you get stuck as this is one heck of a plane with eccentric behaviour and looks and yes you must release ;-)Peter
