Anyone know how to adjust the volume of panel sounds?

I can't find a way to adjust the volume of the sounds that are run by the panel such as air conditioning sounds and altitude callouts. They seem to be seperate from the FS2002 volume control because these sounds can still be heard after pressing "Q" and turning of FS2002 sound.I have messed around with all the windows volume controls with no sucess.any ideasChris Cook

Yes you are right... the only way to change the volume of these sounds is to edit the files themselves... its quite easy to do. Just open the file in a wave editor, turn it down a bit and save it as the original. The alternative is to turn all the fs sounds up and the overall volume down a bit.Its called "mixing" Dood..... Get hip and jiggy wid it!... (or something like that!):-)Pete
