Difference between aircrafts

I downloaded BA A320-200It has gread textures, uses 737-400 MSFS2002 panelQuestion: does it physically fiffer from default 737-400 of MSFS2002?I mean it has different maneuvrity, engines or it's just textures different and physically it's the same?
