The short answer is:"Definetely YES" Having just upgraded from an Athlon 1.4 to a 2200+, I can categorically say that I have noticed a great improvement in the way my FS2K2 runs. Make sure your Motherboard will support the new XP2200+.http://members.cox.net/pstepanoff/images/OK_c2.gifPete S

I would hold off on buying an XP 2200. The new 2400s and 2600s will be out soon, and they are revision B of the t-bred core. Wait for those to come out, save up, and get one of them. Depending on your mobo, you should be able to support them.Matt
