Tuning flight for AI?

Recommended Posts

Guest

Does anyone know how to tune aircraft for flying as AI? I've got a few problems I'd like to tweak away.1) One aircraft comes in on a nice approach, pulls up right before landing, then dives at the runway, raising its gear and belly-lands. Ideally, I'd like this aircraft to be able to land on very short airstrips (if that's possible).2) Another aircraft porpoises through the air and lands hard enough to bounce.3) A third aircraft comes in on what looks like a perfect approach and makes a beautiful landing, about half a mile short of the runway. It's not for lack of power, since this aircraft has the shortest takeoff roll and steepest climbout I've ever seen from an AIAny hints or idea would be greatly appreciated.

If the aircraft are Project AI aircraft, you can download an aerodynamic update for their aircraft.

No, aircraft #1 is the default Corsair, #2 is the default Learjet, and #3 is the chrome Heinkel p1079b prototype by Steve Robinson.
