New VA in the Southwest based on a real carrier needs help...

New VA looking for a Director of Training and Flight Standards. Based on a realworld airline operating out of Phoenix. Must be willing to commit time to learn the detailed operation of the following aircraft: Boeing 732 733 752 Airbus 319 and 320. Must be willing to spend time writing training materials and other manuals. This position is only for a mature person with at least two years flightsim experience online who takes his/her simming seriously and wants their VA to simulate realworld operations including flight dispatching.
