The International Alliance of Virtual Airlines has been created to better the experience of Virtual Airline Pilots by offering them a chance to fly to places their VA doesn't. Karel Felipe, CEO of IAVA, states, "Teamwork is the backbone of IAVA", which is visible by all the airlines joining.
