This applies to all new hires, that hold a minimum of a Real-World Private Pilots License, and who have provided evidence of license to the satisfaction of VHQHR.Such pilots will have 100 hours credited into their UVA logbook.They will start as a Category 1 Second Officer as usual, but (at their option) will be immediately eligible to fly a Category 3 Checkride.Upon successful completion of a Category 3 Checkride with a passing grade, they will be promoted to a Category 3 Second Officer.
