I'm in need of a tool that could manage my VA

Hi there,I would like to found a VA. I already have a bulletin board so this part is already up and running. Now I'd like to have a tool, it'd be cool if it would be free, with which I can manage my VA. I found something named VAAdmin or similar but that was a bit... ...hmm... crappy. Is there any freeware that could do this for me? Is there a software that could manage pilots, generate staff rosters, parts of the website or even process PIREPs? Is there a software for which the pilot has the other part so that he could see his stats, etc.?A lot of questions. I'm looking forward to your replys. This is, let's say, a bit urgent.
