POSKY C17

POSKY C17 is a super download but with one oddity! Irrespective of weight or airspeed, when flaps are lowered the nose drops up to 20 degrees [with the velocity vector remaining correct and above[!] the waterline]. Result is that on an ILS, the nose is 20+ degrees down with the aircraft still flying the correct approach path to the runway. This occurs even at the highest weights and lowest speeds and is totally the reverse of what happens in practice.Grateful for any suggestions for and new [air?] file or modifications to the current set up.Many thanks

Check your trim and your speeds. It sounds like either the aircraft is miss trimed or you're releasing the flaps at the incorrect speeds.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-coolVATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Controller 1 (C-1)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com]Taxiwaysigns.com Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 29.42 WHQL Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298

That's what I thought to start with - I noticed it first flying in autopilot but then tried in manual using different combinations of speed / weight. All have the same characteristic when flaps are lowered. I suspect that its a glitch in the model dynamics. I'll try the posky site once they are back on line. Many thanks for your help.
