A320 Pilot in Command 3D Cockpit"Hello everyone,As we have received many questions and see some posts about the Virtual cockpit, I wanted to clarify some points about our forthcoming A320 Pilot in Command and the 737 included in Airport 2002 volume1.First of all, there will be no regular 2D panel anymore for those aircraft. You'll be able to fly only using the Virtual cockpit. In the Virtual Cockpit view, you'll simply use a mouse, a joystick or even the keyboard to pan around the cockpit, zoom in or out and get a closer view of an instrument or anything else in the cabin. You'll be able to activate all switches or buttons of your virtual/3D cockpit. For an ease of use we are including several shortcuts to "drive your eyes" to convenient views during critical phases of flight. You'll be able as well to move from your seat (not zoom in, just leave your seat ) and go into the cabin, open doors, overhead lockers or even decide to watch some movie. All clickable inside the cabin.Regarding frame rate issue, we can garantee a smooth use of this technology. We are preparing a short movie to illustrate it and we expect to be ready quite soon.------------------------------------------------------------p.s i found this on another site not my writingregards

dude that is so sweet...i cant wait :) it will be october but im sure it will be worth it. just imagin flying in that 3d cockpit, zoom in on the 3d fmc or flick a switch on the overhead. wow.
