what files to merge Atiane/dreamflet 737-400

Recommended Posts

Guest gooper

HI to all you FS veterans, i need help with merging the above two aircraft. so far I have just copied the airfile.cfg, sound and panel into the Ariane aircraft (from the DF737) and everything seems to work great right know but i just want to know if it is necessary to alter the model files as well. also i cannot seem to get the leading edge flaps to work if in fact the -400 series has them. finally i have posted a picture of the aircraft and as u can see the front tire is partly sunk into the runway- why does this happen and how do i fix it. appreciate any help u guys can give me with these thinhs and lastly pleae, please do not give me any grief about buying this Araine plane. I bought it long before I knew anything about the history of this company and after hearing what this guy has done I will not buy anything ekse-having said that this is by far the best 737 external model I have come across. cheers

Don't just replace Ariane's aircraft.cfg with the one from DF. Doing that will mess up the flaps, contact points, etc.Copy the Autopilot section for DF's to Ariane's aircraft.cfg. Then do what this link says to get the flaps to work correctly. http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/DCForumID8/10665.htmlHope you backed up the one that came with Ariane's 734. ;-)Matt
