Actually Windows 98 was originally meant to be called Windows 97, but it got delayed and renamed.

Hmmmm, Interesting though.I'm SOOOO glad that I didn't have troubles with SP1. I had just gotten a new MoBo after my old one fried in a storm, and during installation, it was determined that my HDD was shot also. SO, the last thing I needed was problems in re-installing everything.

I thought I remembered hearing somewhere that microsoft released a windows 97 to areas outside the US. If I remember it was just like an existing version with all the patches and stuff. I could be wrong though.

Me thinks you are spending too much time on these forums and not enough time on your studies at ERU!!!:( Are you going to take the ATC course? They had it on the discovery wings channel not to long ago. It provided student pilots the other prospective, that of the ATC Controller. Is ERU still using the RIOT Trainer?

I DO spend too much time on these forums. Matter of fact, AVSIM is my start up page. As for the ATC program. I'm seriously thinking of minoring in it. They just built the new College of Aviation building. 3 floors, I forget how many interactive classrooms, the aviation tutor lab is now in there with new Dell Dimensions to run the good old IFR trainers that everyone so loves, and on the third floor, there is the old TRACON sim room with I'd say 20 stations and simulates Orlando Approach. http://www.erau.edu/0Universe/05/images/dbphotos/atclab.jpghttp://www.erau.edu/0Universe/degreeimages/control_lab.jpgThey just got a new tower cab sim with 3 huge screens to simulate the outside view.http://www.erau.edu/0Universe/05/images/db...os/coatower.jpgIt already has Daytona tower, and they're purchasing Orlando Tower software for a mere 50 grand. I haven't looked much into the program but I probably should. Flights getting rediculously expensive, and I may need an alternate.Have a look around the Riddle website, http://www.erau.edu if you're interested.Oh, by the way, for all you real world controllers out there, for the situation you see in the 2nd pic, it is dark in the room. They just turned on the lights for taking the picture.
