Best Flying Three Holer?

I would love some input as to the 727-200 with the best flight characteristics. I love the new panel - wondering what is the best plane to match it up with that comes closest to the real life workhorse airplane. Mike Stone's visual model is certainly a winner - curious about who has the best flight model. Thanks.Colin

I second that. Charles built an awesome FDE for the 727 based on countless hours of research and exposure to a full motion 727 simulator.
